Day 2: Christchurch to Lake Tekapo (3 hours)

  • Morning: Start your drive early from Christchurch to Lake Tekapo.
  • Stop by Fairlie for a famous Fairlie Bakehouse pie.
  • Afternoon: Arrive at Lake Tekapo, visit the Church of the Good Shepherd, and take photos of the turquoise lake with stunning mountain backdrops.
  • Relax in the Tekapo Hot Springs.

Day 3: Lake Tekapo to Mount Cook (1 hour 30 minutes)

Day 4: Mount Cook to Queenstown (3 hours 30 minutes)
